Event Floral Design

Ikebana floral arrangements are installed on-site in your home, office, or event venue. The fee includes the design, floral materials, installation, and transportation. If a special ceramic container is used, it's not included. You can purchase it with additional fee or rent it with a deposite of the retail amount. A full refund minus the rental amount (20% of retail price) will be issued upon the return of rentals. 

Please have confidence with my service. I will use the freshest materials available in the design, and keep artistic expression up to your expectation. After installation, all floral design will be final. No return and cancellation are allowed.

Single floral arrangement:

     Simply elegant:         $100     (Size: no less than 24" tall or wide)

     Sophisticated:           $150     (Size: no less than 30" tall or wide)

     Grandeur:                 $200     (Size: no less than 36" tall or wide)

     Small coffee table center piece design:   $30 if ordered with any of the above, or miminum order of 3 pieces.

Multiple floral arrangements:

     10% discount applied if total is over $1000.

     Special order consultation fee:   $50   (waived if the order is over $1000.)

           Consultation: visit the location and survey the settings, discuss the design requirement.  

Weekly floral service:

     Extra $20 will be charged for mid-week service, which includes changing water, re-cutting stems, and changing dying flowers if necessary. If the weekly order is over $500, the mid-week service fee will be waived.

Ikebana Demonstration

     Ikebana demonstration, a stage performance, showcases the art of Japanese floral arranging. I will work with all different kind of materials, such as greens, branches, flowers, or other non-botanic objects, to express the art of Ikebana.

     Demonstration usually is one hour long. During that period, I will do 10 or more Ikebana arrangements, styling from simple to grandeur. Beautiful arrangements will adorn the room and bring long lasting memories to your guests.

     All the flower materials are yours for your guests to take home. (Containers are not included. They are for sale if people like to bring home a complete arrangement with the container.)

Demonstration fee:          $500

Sogetsu Ikebana Lessons

The following fees include all floral material. Reservation is required. 

Studio hour:

Fridays: 10am-noon

Saturdays: 2-4pm 

Private lessons by appointment 

Studio:

$20 per lesson

$60 per private lesson

Gift certificates:

$20 / lesson

$90 / 5 lessons

Corporate Education/Cultural Awareness:

$65 per person for a group of 10 and above (The fees include all floral materials and ceramic containers, an average value of $50 each.)
